Many of POLARIS Office users gave suggestion about adding more fonts for creating documents.
It seems like a lot of users do not know that you can actually add fonts for iOS version. So we have prepared the following posting as a guideline.
Introducing POLARIS Office’s hidden function ‘Add Font’!
**Fonts cannot be added on Android devices. We apologize for your inconvenience.
- Font File that you prefer (in .ttf form)
- iPhone or iPad with POLARIS Office installed
- Phone/Pad charger cable
- And your willingness to add font…
1. Preparing Font (.ttf)
First of all, prepare font ttf file that you would like to add. There are many free fonts available that you can easily search and download. Make sure that the file format is in ttf.

2. Adding Font (.ttf)
Connect your device into PC computer by using charger cable and then turn on iTunes.
Select my device ▶ Select “Apps” ▶ Go to “File Sharing” ▶ Select “POLARIS Office”
You will realize that POLARIS Office is full of documents. Now let’s add font file into POLARIS Office.
You may either drag the font file or select the ‘Add’ button to insert prepared font file. This is very easy.
You can check that the font has been added.
3. Applying Font
Now let’s use font in an actual document.
Open a document.
Select the area that you would like to change the font.
Select the edit button on upper right corner. You will realize that the new font has been added. (Added font is on the very bottom of the list)
For example if you apply “Lois Ann”, font will immediately change.
Alike the above, I’ve applied “Montez” font.
Font looks beautiful.
Let’s compare the fonts.
***Caution: Some fonts may not be applied depending on font type.
